Accountant Officer Trainee
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or a related field
More than 3 years of related experience is required
Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
Comply with company rules and regulations
Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Sales Officer
Qualifications
Comply with company rules and regulations
Sales experience in the building materials industry is required
Speak and write English fluently
Ability to use office software such as Word and Excel
Accept irregular long-term business trips
Responsibilities
Learn ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
Maintain and develop relationships with clients
Assist customers by providing information such as product or service quotes
Practice and test sales strategies by calling existing and new clients
Opportunity to become an official salesperson after training

Qualifications
Comply with company rules and regulations
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Applicants aged 28–37 with more than 2 years of related experience; applicants aged 22–25 with no experience can be recruited as a trainee
Ability to drive a car
Proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
Good at communication, management, and problem-solving
Responsibilities
