Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in product development, software QA, or systems analysis.
Strong understanding of telecom technologies, digital platforms, and agile methodologies.
Experience in stakeholder management, project execution, and customer-centric design.
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital & VAS product roadmaps.
Drive revenue growth and customer engagement through product innovation.

Qualifications

Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business Administration
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage
In-depth knowledge of telecommunication industry trends, preferably commercially oriented.
5 years’ experience in leading operations teams (distribution or general service operations) in the mobile and/or in retail-intensive B2C industries, preferably with a significant service dimension.
Computer literate-Microsoft office, including Advanced/Intermediate Excel.
Strong business finance and budget management skills with solid marketing acumen.
Courage to challenge the status quo, overcome resistance, and drive change.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize new sales and distribution channels while modernizing existing ones through automation and digitization.
The role includes Product Ownership of the DMS Agile Squad to drive innovative distribution solutions.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications, advisory, and or strategic advocacy fields.
Ability to produce, address, and communicate data-driven, pro-business narratives.
Ability to distil complex data, economic trends, and policy reports into actionable insights and clear narratives.
Knowledgeable on public policy and regulatory environments

Performance Engineer (2-Year Contract)

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience industry or functional experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer or its equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders in the organization
Cloud and big data knowledge as an added advantage
Project knowledge and experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop KPI tracker for all elements in Radio Network
Ensure best practice set of features are implemented in the network as per EWL
Manage E2E network incidents like outages, KPIs degradation with proper RCAs
Proactively determine the gaps from the Project team on addressing network quality and ensure consistency on reporting
Work with engineering and operations teams on delivering the anticipated network quality
Review Single Site Verification (SSV) reports submitted by a vendor as part of Site acceptance
RAN parameter audit and KPI performance reconciliation
